Steps
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a blender, combine the ripe banana, egg, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe ramekin.
Place the ramekin in a baking dish filled with hot water (a water bath) to help the flan cook evenly.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until set.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
To serve, run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.
