1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. 2. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pasta pot. 3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return them to the pot. 4. Add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and grated cheese to the pot, stirring until the cheese melts. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve warm, topped with optional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
