Steps

1. Cook the penne according to the package instructions. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and pine nuts and cook until the garlic is fragrant and the pine nuts are golden. 3. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are cooked through, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the peas, cream cheese, and minced parsley, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the vegetables are coated in the sauce. 5. Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss until everything is combined and the sauce coats the pasta. 6. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, to taste.
