Steps

3. Coat the chicken breast with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
4. In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and potatoes are crispy.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley, whole garlic cloves, and rosemary sprigs before serving.
