Steps
1. Clean the squid by removing the internal organs and rinsing it under cold water.
2. Cut the squid into rings or leave it whole, depending on your preference.
3. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Marinate the squid in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
6. Grill the squid for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it becomes opaque and slightly charred.
7. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
