Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the cod fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of the cod fillet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
