
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Dijon mustard, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a herb paste.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the herb paste evenly over the top of the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
