1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding the leftover marinade. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. 7. Slice and serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
