Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Zest and juice the lemon, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh herbs.
3. In a bowl, mix together lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over it, ensuring it's evenly coated.
5. Sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs on top.
