1. Slice boneless, skinless chicken into thin strips. 2. Peel and dice the mango into cubes. 3. Mince garlic and add it to a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil. 4. Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden and cooked through. 5. Add diced mango and cook for another 2 minutes. 6. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey. 7. Pour sauce into pan with chicken and mango. 8. Serve over cooked rice.
