Steps
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, melt the margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water, parsley, and basil. Toss everything together until well combined.
