Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt to create the sauce.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the sliced bell peppers and pineapple to the pan, stirring well.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
