Steamed Ginger Soy Fish

A delicious and healthy Chinese main dish featuring tender steamed fish seasoned with ginger and soy sauce.

Steps

1. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. 2. Place the fish on a heatproof plate and sprinkle the julienned ginger on top. 3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Pour the mixture over the fish. 4. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the plate with the fish on top of the steamer and cover. 5. Steam the fish for 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed vegetables or cauliflower rice.
