Whisk the egg in a bowl and add to the ketchup. 5. Gently mix the egg and ketchup until fully combined. 6. Add in the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook until softened. 7. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir everything together to combine. 8. Serve while hot.
