Steps

1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare. 3. Remove the tuna from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add capers. Cook for a minute. 5. Add lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine. 6. Pour the lemon-caper sauce over the tuna steak. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
