
Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add carrots and bell peppers, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the vegetables and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
