- Rub the coffee mixture evenly over the steak, pressing it into the meat. Let it sit for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, parsley, and thyme, stirring until fragrant.
- Once the steak is done, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the garlic herb butter over the steak before serving.
