Curried Carrot Soup Spheres

Steps

1. Peel and chop the carrot, garlic, ginger, and onion. 2. In a blender, combine the chopped vegetables with water, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. 3. Strain the mixture to remove any solid pieces. 4. Using a syringe, drop small droplets of the soup mixture into a bowl of cold oil to form spheres. 5. Once the spheres are formed, carefully remove them from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain. 6. Serve the carrot soup spheres in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of curry powder.
