Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the shrimp.
6. Add the remaining butter and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
