
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breast to the skillet.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top.
