Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the cod fillet with olive oil, then press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of the fish.
4. Place the coated cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the cod is baking, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
7. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
8. Once the cod is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fish and garnish with lemon slices.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
