Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the herb mixture all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it's well coated. 4. In an oven-proof skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Sear the rabbit leg for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. 5. Add broth, lemon juice, and optional vegetables to the skillet, bringing it to a simmer. 6.
