Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over it, ensuring it's well coated.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
