Steps

5. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
6. Add chopped tomatoes and a splash of water, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Stir occasionally, adding more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
8. Once the chicken is cooked through and tender, adjust seasoning if needed.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
