Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Drain excess fat.
4. In a bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, bacon, ketchup, cheddar cheese, egg, heavy cream, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased small baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
