Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
3. Stir in the kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
4. Add the peas and cooked rice, mixing well to combine.
5. Season with coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well coated and heated.
6. If desired, top with a fried egg and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
