Nutty Chicken and Mushroom Stir-Fry

A delicious and healthy stir-fry packed with tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, crunchy nuts, and nutritious vegetables.

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until softened. 4. Add the mushrooms and carrots, and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften. 5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Stir-fry everything together for a couple more minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors are well combined. 7. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the stir-fry and give it a final toss. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
