
Steps
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add marinated paneer cubes and diced bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

- 200g paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- For the Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
