Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

5. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preference.
6. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
7. Assemble the bowl: place the beef and veggie mixture at the base, top with the fried egg, and serve the garlic sauce on the side.
