
Steps
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and cook according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, sauté fresh spinach until wilted.
- In the same pan, fry an egg to your desired doneness.
- Once the oats are cooked, season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the oats to a bowl, top with sautéed spinach and fried egg.
- Optional: sprinkle grated cheese on top.
