Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the yogurt marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
4. In a bowl, layer the cooked quinoa, followed by the sautéed chicken, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
5. Drizzle with additional yogurt if desired and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
