
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin and mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
- Stir in the cubed potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly golden.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
- Cover and cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
