Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into a greased mini donut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool for a few minutes, then toss them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon for coating.
