Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced yam and potato; sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
3. Stir in the chopped tomato, grated carrot, and green chili; cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
5. Make a well in the center of the mixture; crack the egg into the well.
6. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg is set to your liking.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired and serve hot.
