Turkish Garlic-Infused Egg and Potato Bake

This Turkish-inspired dish combines the richness of eggs with the hearty flavors of garlic-infused potatoes and a touch of sweetness from honey. Topped with olives, it's a delightful main dish perfect for any meal.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and sauté until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-12 minutes. 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 4. Transfer the potato and garlic mixture to a small baking dish. 5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. 6. Scatter the sliced olives on top. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden. 8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
