Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the white wine, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken thigh to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and sear it in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
6. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
