Steps

1. Start by spiralizing the zucchini to create noodles. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to make thin strips. 2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill it over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. 3. In a pan, lightly sauté the zucchini noodles for about 2-3 minutes until just tender. 4. Remove the pan from heat and toss the zucchini noodles with the basil pesto until evenly coated. 5.
