Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the beer, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then place it in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and cook it in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
5. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
6. Serve the chicken with the glaze drizzled on top.
