
Steps
- In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, honey, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the corn in the skillet and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped chocolate over one half of the omelette.
- When the edges start to set, gently fold the omelette in half to cover the chocolate.
- Cook for another minute until the eggs are fully set.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and enjoy warm.
