Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
4. Add chopped carrot, bell pepper, green peas, and green chili; cook for about 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in the turmeric powder and salt.
6. Add rolled oats and mix well.
7. Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
8. Reduce heat, cover, and cook until the oats are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
9. Once cooked, stir in lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
