
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, orange zest, lime zest, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, chili flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken thigh, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer if time allows.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden, crispy skin.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
