Steps
1. In a bowl, mix ground pork with garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
3. In a separate pot, combine cooked rice, chickpeas, and diced red pepper. Stir and heat through.
4. Serve the meatballs over the chickpea rice mix, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
