- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the canned diced tomatoes, olives, and capers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, mixing well to coat the pasta evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
