Steps: 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until cooked through. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips. 3. In the same pan, add the sliced onions and julienned carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender. 4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the milk. Stir well and let it simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the pan. Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
