Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil and then coat it with the herb mixture.
4. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
6. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to create the sauce.
7. Serve the salmon hot, drizzled with the lemon dill sauce.
