Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with sliced almonds. Stir to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
