Steps
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the cashew sauce over the cooked macaroni and stir well to combine.
4. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through, stirring constantly.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
