Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat the chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
5. While the chicken is baking, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
6. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve the crispy chicken alongside the garlic parmesan broccoli.
