Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
5. Fry the coated chicken pieces for 3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
