Steps
1. In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dip the chicken thigh into the egg, allowing excess to drip off.
4. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, pressing it in to adhere.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
